Heather Jarrett is the host of the Classic Movies site. She is an entrepreneur, writer, championship horse-back rider and wife. Her business and writing skills are self-taught, but she recently graduated from Trident University International with a BSBA. Heather's two biggest passions in life are animals and classic movies.

Heather attributes her love of classic films to Lucille Ball. "When I was sixteen I stumbled across I Love Lucy re-runs on TV Land. This drove me to want to see more of Lucy's work and through her films I was exposed to other actors and actresses. I've been a classic movie fan ever since."

Heather took over the Classic Movies site in April of 2012 and she plans to continue adding new content every month, in addition to the 1300+ pages that already exsist. Her favorite stars are Cary Grant, Barbara Stanwyck, James Cagney and Katharine Hepburn, but her favorite film is the 1960 musical Bells are Ringing starring Judy Holliday and Dean Martin.
